We are a London personal chef and private chef agency. We scout, screen, select and train our chefs on your behalf, tailoring their attributes to your needs.

We have chosen our personal chefs very cerefully. We have a large variety of differently skilled personal chefs who can handle any cuisine style. Galor personal chef provides the very best of professional chefs.

The Founder of Galor
Our chefs are personally selected by Yuda Galis who is a world wide, experienced personal Chef with more than 15 years professional experience. He has worked in some of the world's top restaurants with leading Chefs.

A Brief History
Born in Jerusalem Yuda's passion for food stems from his bakery family background. From a very early age his obvious interest in food was cultivated by his Grandmother, founder of Chaya Burek, the family run bakery. Yuda was constantly surrounded by Chefs and pastry Chefs. The perfect environment to stimulate his passion for food.

Yuda studied at the Hadassah Culinary Arts College. Following that he worked in Israels top restaurants, notably Mul Yam (one of the 100 finest restaurants in the world according to the "La grande table du monde - French restaurant guide). He then decided that travel was the next necessary move to develop his skills and taste.

Paris was the first destination. There he worked with the Michelin Star Chef Joel Robuchon. Later he would work again in this world class restaurant in London. While in Paris he also worked in the prestigious restaurant of Avenue Montagne on the Champs Elysees. Following the French Cuisine experience he then journeyed to Sydney Australia. There he worked in the Italian Restaurant Lucious - (Restaurant of the year 2007 with 2 hats, Australian Good Food Guide). During his time down under he also experienced the kitchen of the world famous Sydney Opera House.

Here in London Yuda worked across many industries both private and public, from private dinner parties for private clients to some of the finest catering companies notably the Hilton Hotel. Having experienced the many different sides of cheffing he finally found his passion in the private chef field. Seeing a real need for high quality, bespoke servcie he founded Galor Personal Chef Service.
