Full-time Private Chef in North London

A great opportunity for an experienced Private Chef to work within a large private household in North London. This is a family household, but your main responsibility will be cooking for the Principal, although from time to time, you will be required to cook for everyone. The household is health-conscious and follows a strict nutritional plan. They require someone inventive and creative to create new and innovative food for them. This role is a permanent position, 5 days a week, working around 10 hours a day cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a little flexibility required to suit the family’s needs. The family is vegan/vegetarian and enjoys a variety of cuisines, especially Japanese.

Start: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

- Creating varied and delicious menus following the Principal's dietary requirements

- Keeping the kitchen stocked with appropriate ingredients

- Shopping and sourcing seasonal ingredients

- Keeping the kitchen immaculate at all times

- Communicating with the rest of the household to ensure dietary needs are met

Requirements:

- Experience in healthy cooking with a holistic approach

- Kind, thoughtful, and warm manner

- Willing to adapt to the household's needs

- Honest, hardworking, and good at communicating

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The family occasionally entertains at home, so the Chef must be comfortable with dinner parties and cooking for guests.
