Full time Top Private chef in Mayfair London

Family of 2 adults and 2 children.

Start time at 7.00am

Finish time: after the evening meal has been served (not normally later than 20.00). The chef will need to be flexible within the daily routine.

On the weekends if a chef is ever required to cover a weekend day –

Same start time, no need for school lunch In the morning

Family usually eat all together at 12-1230, they will advise on the day. Dinner usually 6pm

Sunday evening would still need to prep school lunch for the next day*

The daily routine will include:

Packed lunch for the children

Fresh bread to be baked before lunch

Exciting countertop snacks and dessert

Lunch 1 adult to be prepared in containers to take to work

Lunch (normally 1 adult) - 2 plates served at approximately 12.30

Children's dinner at 17.45

Adults dinner between 17.45 & 20.00: 3-5 dishes depending on the menu and cuisine

You will need to be experienced in providing dairy and gluten free options. An exemplary work history and references are essential. You’ll be providing a mixture of relaxed family style and more formal dining. Experience / knowledge of Asian and European cuisine would be a huge benefit

In addition to the cooking you will also be responsible for keeping the kitchen and associated areas clean and tidy, shopping/ ordering, menu provision.

Position start: aiming for the end of May 2020.

The family are willing to offer an excellent salary for a chef who is able to meet their requirements, and flexible with parts of the brief as they are looking for the best.
